Experience: Other than my private practice in Richmond/Kew (6 years) I also worked as a Volunteer Psychotherapeutic Counsellor for Richmond Borough Mind (3+ years) and Volunteer Counsellor for MCPS in Ealing (1 year). Previously I had worked with young people as a Youth Offending Officer and Youth Worker for Richmond and Hounslow boroughs (6 years).
I am passionate about helping people find better ways to cope with life's stresses and about supporting them to find ways in which they can feel more autonomous, congruent and satisfied.
